Think they are fantastic.. can do loads of different muscle groups with them and they go up to 70kg !!

can work arms, shoulders, legs and back all in the one session. great all rounders

no im not trying to sell them, just never used them before now. well impressed and it really feels like you done a workout

Ouch - check out the double bag pressup - now to me that looks like a recipe for disaster.

Might get myself one of those bags. Did you use all different weights or just the one?

have used 10,20 and 30kg

use them mainly for curl to press and throwing them around

Where I come from that is considered wrong. OH! you mean for the above....sorry.

Curling and pressing? Might aswell stick to free weights...but for situps and stuff on the floor they are probably worth having.
