Ya the ones where the foreigners take your monies and give it a scrub down before it goes in, gone up a fair bit if its £7.99
I might invest in a pressure washer yet, I cant be arsed with this bucket and sponge shit

I've just given mine a quick wash and wax. Not cost me anything either as it's stuff i have left over from the Corsa
Does need a real good polish though and a couple of dents pulling out. Just don't see the point when it does 1500 miles a month. Might just get a new car tbh.. Although you should have seen some of the looks i was getting off the fittie next door Might get out there tomorrow evening with the old polish

I dont like other people washing my car. Even if it means using a bucket and sponge.
Got a Karcher now though, good bit of kit but dont use it in hot weather on a dark car lol - it melts the paint off!

Exactly, not worth the money at all. Totally fucks paintwork.
Our local one uses tyre shine instead of shampoo, you can see the barrel labels as you get pulled through.

Example, I bought my Fiesta from a guy who had his own valeting company. It was immaculate, the paintwork was like glass.
Once through an IMO as I was being lazy and it fucked it....totally! Covered in scratches.
