can anyone tell me if this is even near normal??? the two brackets that connect to the arch are broke so i can only use the ones in front of the wheel.

Unfortunately you can't get them fitting perfect iirc. Have you done the bolts underneath the bumper?

mobby there is no brackets on the front so use tiger seal and bond it on
