Oh I get it now, although why its 2 nuns I have no idea.
Basically "Wheres the soap" is saying the soap wears down as you use it.

I'm pretty sure thats what it is isn't it? Its nuns because they are "supposed" to be cellibut, so they use the soap to masturbate, thats what I was always led to believe anyway...

The bath wears the soap, no sexual undertones at all.

The assumption is that Nuns rub-off a lot because they don't engage in any other sexual activity due to their solemn vow of celibacy.
This presumably includes bathing and utilising a bar of soap for example as a device for sexual gratification, perhaps whilst washing of the genitals.
The term ''where's the soap'' is used as a play on words for the phrase ''wears the soap'' in reference to manual/vaginal friction in relation to warm bath water as a base depiction of female masturbation which in turn leads to accelerated soap wear and potentially lost soap due to exuberant insertion/masturbation.
The combination of the jovial phrase, the way the words are spoken and the mental imagery of two randy Nuns bathing together combines to produce the afforementioned example of what is popularly and commonly known as 'a joke'.
This is one instance of many thousands of similar examples of wordplay enjoyed by people who indulge in speaking the English language.
