Either an adjustable seat like the FK rear fitment with their front coilovers or are you talking about those for towing which are like a bump stop inside the coil?

the adjustable seat mate like the fk rear fitment.
i have a set of spax 60mm springs, with the adjustable seat things can i drop hem to about 90?

double check but im sure they add height oh thats if they fit your springs or mine even

You insert them and they're about 10mm thick before you wind them up so no, it'll go higher not lower!
