id say yes, anyone from stoke? was sat in the hollybush last yeah n a cow swam past in the canal! random i know! firemen had to get it out

Yes they can, although not as good as horses. And yes it is also possible to tip a cow, there is a post on here about this i started 2 or 3 years ago

THE ANSWER = yes they can
for instance on tv when they swim across rivers and get scranned by crocks
