Eat well, plenty of exercise, and keen motivation

Eat carbs pre workout and protein straight after

I haven't been to the gym in like 7 weeks

And I am sure I've lost weight but the problem is I've lost both fat & muscle

Football has sorted the rest out.

You can't just target specific parts for 'toning' really mate. In fact I hate the word toning lol.

To tone up your chest and lose the belly you'll just have to lose bodyfat. Simple as that. You can't target and spot reduce a specific area. The weight you lose is taken from all over your body (Usually, on most, it's the belly that is the last to go though. It's a stubborn area )

Yeah heard that before ...just have to start going for a run in the morning i think...

Steve, was it you that posted a while back about the Cambridge diet.?
iirc, you stop eating but drink nourishing shakes?

might not be the long term result your looking for, but if your just short of your goal near the end of the 12 weeks, then it'd be worth a bash just so that you can succeed in the short term maybe?

the problem will be maintaining your weight once your 'program' is over.

i quite often think i'd like to lose weight, but the 'can't be fucked' instinct always prevails.
