Just off the phone from the EA.
The flat he mentioned has never been on the market with them!
Oh and he reckoned that a big investor was selling up the block to move away abroad.
EA confirmed that an old woman who is selling a different flat owns the freehold.
Gonna ask my mum to come round tonight to return my stepladder. Then tell her about this.

phone his work and ask for him, if he does actually answer just say 'what time you home? ive left my house key at home' or just put phone down as soon as he answers  just blag it, but if they say no he dosnt work here, then id go ahead and talk to your uncle like you said
