thr right hand engine mount has snapped, hard job to do or easy? anyone got one in close area to me, cheers

Easy tbh. Get a jack under the car (usually the gearbox, depending what side) and lift the engine up to take the weight. Undo the mount, throw it away. Screw the new mount it, attach it to the engine and lower the jack.
