It's a bit different to slapping on a bodykit though. Mocking that because it is based on an MR2 is a like mocking a 7 style kit or a Cobra style kit because they are based on old Sierras.

I'm mocking it because it looks wank, not because it's MR2 based

To even attempt to market that as a McLaren F1-alike is as bad as shitting on Gordon Murray's face.

It isn't really marketed as a McLaren kit on the site. I remember coming across that site last year and didn't even realise it was a Mclaren kit until you pointed it out

The thing is it doesnt have McLaren badges, Looks better than an MR2 and looks fast...So i dont see what the 'wtf' factor is about it.
