I've been with Natwest far too long now.

Nice as pie when you are in credit, barstewards when you aren't. I went from a £150 OD to £3.5k in five years....I shudder to think of the bank charges I paid before people woke upto it all

The latest debacle was natwest taking 2x the euro I asked for out of my account. After I confronted the manager he claimed to have been trying to contact me for the last two weeks....yeah he has my mobile, house and work numbers yet not one message left
