i know its 3 written warnings then your out,

do they have to all be on the same thing.

i.e say for not filling the SAME form in properly.

well got one a couple of weeks ago, for not filling in an excel form properly, got one again for not doing it exactly how he wanted it and was told if its not spot on by friday that will be number 3.

start looking for another job i think

That sounds very pedantic + like bad management. Surely (in management speak) it just identifies a training need?
