Got my car back last week from the bodyshop because my next door neighbour reversed into my wing in his van ... they did a shite job fixin it so it went back.. and jus found a huge scratch down my door!!!... think its from the other neighbours son on his bike

id say take it back but they probably claim you did it (the scratch) depending on what the place is like. but as for the shite job go back and ask them to sort it.

could always go down the route of trading standards as its not to a satisfactory standard. (not really sure how it works with body shops)

Before they did any work on the car, did they do any sort of check sheet to determine any marks/scratches/dents allready there?

ive had the repairs done now the 1st time they sorted it the paint was pants.. so i got them to do it again, no problem.. had it back bout 4 days now n just seen this huge scratch.

youll end up paying for the scratch as i doubt youll be able to find out who did it.

nah, the people i use used to work at the garage i work, i just told them what i wanted doing.
