How i'm loving the fuel consumption
Filled up the Ford Connet until one click, drove it 50 miles home, and still reading full Wasn't even driving grandad style either
Well see the full extent tomorrow with a 200 mile round trip.

I tend to see 400 - 450 miles to a tank in the pug. 475 proper grandad style and praying i don't run out of fuel
Might be time for a new car me thinks. The pug is looking a bit rough these days and stating to cost money in repairs

Dunno if its good but I did 100 miles with 4 adults in the car spirited driving in my 2l DTi Astra and used less than a quarter of a tank
I also dont care as it was helping out another Tesco store so i get expenses back

Easily, yes. Although I've never tried. My last fill up was over £40, and the reading was on 370 miles or something. Easily had another 30 miles in the tank.
EDIT: Just found the receipt. I filled up 33.53 litres, which had got me approx 370 miles. I always fill up to the brim, so what ever I use, is shown on the receipt and I can work out MPG etc. On that fill up, iirc, I got 51mpg. HOWEVER, this is sitting at 60mph on the motorways, occasionally 70mph when overtaking etc, and not really gunning it through the gears.
Filled up last night, and got 49mpg, with gunning it back from Luton late Friday night, so it doesn't make too much difference.

Roughly speaking, and if you didn't drive like a granny, a 12v is 10p/mile on fuel alone.
