Ok i get a letter today saying i'm over £300 on my overdraft I'm sitting thinking WTF?

I havent used my account for years, also i opend the account years too and only used it a few times.

i have phoned the bank but they just say pay up or al be taking to court WTF this cant be right surely?

if i wanted a overdrft surely you need ask for one plus you dont just get it when your account is just opend do you?

argh fucking bunch of royal bank of wanks!

did you not mesion that you hadnt used the account, therefore somone else must have withdraw the cash?
