I know setanta show sports but this isn't really sport related.
Letter through today saying its going up to 12.99, phoned up to cancel until the SPL starts again anyway.
No arguing straight down to 7.50 for 6 months so kept it, worth phoning up

Its the same with Sky... ring them and tell them you're cancelling and more often than not, they'll give you a cracking deal that you can't refuse

Mate just tried to cancel his Setanta. He was well pissed off that you can't do it over the phone and have to write a letter.

u normally only have to write a letter if your not the account holder.. i.e mums account.
i work for sky and it really depends on how you talk to the cancelations dept.
if your a cunt they will jsut cancel it no offer or anything.
