Just watched last nights episode - Shocked tbh, whern it came down to Lee or Claire (fixed btw so he could get his two favourites in the same team) I was certain he'd pick Claire as it's been looking that way for weeks that she would be the winner, when he picked Lee the penny dropped though - he gave Claire a quick look with a glint in his eye - he is blatently going to offer her a job aswell and probably Alex aswell - I wanted Alex to win as he seems the best combination of capable and someone who you could work with on a day to day basis.
