My headgasket has gone, and has been like it for god knows how long now, my tutor spotted it at college on Monday and also told me that the Nova springs and shocks have gone, and he's right the shocks are leaking on the left front and right rear.

So i've spent £65 on a head gasket set, waterpump, thermostat, head bolts and cambelt, and i've also spent £115 on Jamex 60mm springs and shocks. Just need to get a new Near Side Front tire as mine has a cut and loses are abit, but it's been like it since my 18th birthday last August and that will cost £50 for my tire, which is Admiral who are not that well known, but are made but Kumho.

I need to do this for my MOT next month and road tax.

Well it isn't my fault I broke my sis's camera and my nan's camera at PVS.
So that's why no pictures eyt, but from Monday I will start putting the pictures up as that when I start fixing it at college, and fair play to our manager at Bedford college who has told me I can have my car there for as long as it takes, as i've got to send the head to be skimmed, and I don't know how long they have it.

yeah, but my garage told me it's alright, but I now want to replace, and I have had any problems with police about, it's like 3mm deep, and 10-15mm long. Gonna get replced asap, just need to find the tire on the internet.

I personally think that if you buy an old car you are going to bump into problems along the way. Don't think ypu have had bad luck, it's just one of those things.

I tend to buy new cars but tend to do a lot of miles. Thinking of going for a 3/4 year old BMW at the min but need to save some cash first lolz.

Good luck with the repairs mate, hope it goes well.
