Have used Beconase Nasal spray for about the last 3 years which works great.

Have tried to resist using it this year but was slightly dangerous driving into work this morning with a sneezing fit. Couldn't see 100% properly for about 10 minutes

I have the injection, 1st year it worked ace, then had to have 2 last year, and having to have my second of the year next week.

Its better to have it before the season starts proper, but apparantley it can lead to brittle bones in later life. And it aches when you have it as its a steriod

Didnt know it was steriod based, must work on an anti-inflamitory way then like how steroids work for asthma patients.

Mine has been is still been a badger today but what has help a little is what someone at work suggested. Its putting a little bit of vasaline in each nostril. Helps stop some of the pollum going up there

Going to get some beconase from work and try it myself. Didnt have much effect last time though
