what do you get?
I got pulled over for one of them spot checks for drink driving. They said that i don't have a driving Licence 
Now if it was anyone else, what would they have got? As it was me i just had a producer.

They said that there system can't be wrong. I didn't argue that, however i did say that i've had a few producers before with no problems.
Unless they were making it up??? Why would they do that though? They just wouldn't.

3 points and a £60 fine on the fixed penalty system or 3-6 points and a fine in the Courts.

how long have you had the car?? my m8 bought a fiesta rs turbo off a lad who got banned for drink drivin n for monthes they kept pulling him sayin it was down on the computer that the vehicle owner was banned even tho he wasnt n everytime they stopped him n sorted it out they supposedly updated it but it went on for months in the end he sold his car

I've had it for 18 months now. I've been pulled about 5 times (maybe more) and they have always let me go on my merry way.
He checked my name and DOB. So it couldn't be down to the last person to not having a licence.

But why is it wrong now? Why didn't they pick that up when i was pulled the 1st time?
I'm getting off soon to produce. It's a good thing that their system is infullible

Similar thing happened to a friend of mine with a Escort Cosworth that used to be owned by quiet a big time dealer
Ended up just selling it, as it got to the point where people were pulling up to buy stuff off him.

last time I was pulled over the same thing happened, they said that their system showed that I dd not have a full licence. I was given a producer and all was fine.
I sent a letter to the DVLA and the police asking for them to explain the situation, neither bothered to reply.

They make a lot of stuff up, and the reason why they pulled you over is to try and bump up there petty crime % so they can earn bonus that month... They are a bunch of crooked gits,,, i loved getting pulled over in my 14xe they would always ask to look under the bonet which i could say no at because they didn't have a warent to do so... But they were always asking me weather i'd been to prison before... And when they noticed the exhaust and other bits they got all shirty thinking they have got someone, untill i pulled out my insurance documents and showed them everything was lagit.... They are money grabbers, don't let it get to you
