I usually find mine down beside the passanger seat next to the door.

Always leave it on the passanger seat after getting petrol, been to the bank and it stays there til it falls of going round a corner.

But I assume he needs it now/someone else could have it and be planning to spend his monies.

If it doesnt turn up soon I would cancel it to be on the safeside and just get a wedge of cash from the bank until the new one arrives

You know what I hate:

You lose your card...search everywhere for it...it doesnt turn up...the minute you report it lost and they have cancelled your card it turns up!!!

Then you have to wait over a week for a replacement. It has happened to me twice!

I've got something to top that

Mum cudn't find the last back door key we had (others had gone missing) so ended up changing the lock.

Day after I found it near my tv in plain sight. Gutted

my grandad thought he got his card stolen while he was over in tenerife (sp) last year came home cancelled it, and thought he was lucky as no money had gone out of his account... the other week he found it in his pocket

While back we were broken into and my mums handbag was stolen (among a couple of other bits and pieces).

As soon as she realised she was on the phone to the card companies. Shes just about finished (but still on the phone) and the door rings. Someone found her bag down the road, all the cards still in it.

Even more gutted
