Yes some people can have 3 sets of teeth, maybe not full sets but it has been known.

After my milk teeth fell out and my adult teeth were through I went for a check up at the dentist who said he wanted me to have an x-ray. It showed I had an almost complete 3rd set coming through so had to have a load of teeth taken out to make way for them!!!
