Seller has replied and confirmed what I thought about the MOT.

Someone needs to buy this and fix it up.

oh yeah

Not sure then, might be a C16.

Either way, it needs a rebuild.

You could even put it back on standard wheels, mirrors and bring your purchase price down. I'll have a few bits off it.
