I just won an E36 325i on ebay.

£530, MoT, Tax, 157k miles.
Few small niggles apparently, but nothing drastic enough to put me off.

Will pick it up tomorrow, and have pics later in the week.
Insurance paid £900 for my previous one that was trashed, so that free's up a few reddies for beerings over summer

ebay item 260238584634 if you want to look.

i might do the same?

no reason why a few high spirited laps should detract from it's value.
If it was ever going to break, it would have done it there, so hopefully it's a good'un

Didnt you/Dont you have a BMW?

Thought you would have been first to realise the realiability even after they get abused.

Guy next to me has the same car but its a coupe and it has had its balls kicked for the last 4 years..Gets abused to fuck.

He bought it as a run around for a few months and its still going strong , Now he drives it to try fuck it but it just isnt for giving in.

my mates had nothing but trouble with his 328 msport but on general if looked after you can abuse BMW's and they seem to last, well more so than most marques

On the subject of bargain cars the R plate 1.7td astra van i bought on a stag Doo 1.5 years ago without seeing for £100 has just flown through another MOT with no advisories
