Hey people just wondered what would be involved in converting my 1.2 8v to 1 of the above what exactly would need to be changed???

go for the 1.6 or even better the 2.0, the 1.4 wouldnt be worth it

Unless there's a great reason to hold on to your car you would be cheaper changing it. Less hassle, less money, less difficult to insure as it's not a modified engine and you get extra bits like electric windows if you find the right new car.

yea i want to hold onto my car im only 17 and im doing my test soon so no point in me changing cars already and ive spent alot of money on it already and dont mind putting more money into the car

yea a guy was gonna sell me a 1.6 8v yesterday... i wouldnt do the 2.0 its to heavy and I wouldnt have the money for the hubs etc
