really? iv test riden all of our shop bikes that have been setup and also riden a felt 9er quite hard with no problems atall it might be due to oem pads glazing over eisely get some sinterd/organic pads in and they will be evan better

I have Juicy 5's on my Demo. Although they've never really been tested (all that Chicksands requires is braking to stop at the end of the run, not heavy braking on long downhill decent) I've had no complaints from them at all.

For XCing and bit of freeriding etc, I'd say they'd be more than adequate.
