I would guess than the references to it being a project car and needing finishing are because it's damaged or needs patching.
I also wouldn't buy it without a V5 regardless of writing a letter of sale which isn't worth a carrot.

I thought it's the law you must sell the car with a v5 nowadays?
Either way, Iaz's bodywork was good, the owners have had a lot of trouble with the engine, probably overheating? :/

Yeah thats Isaac's the bodywork is a fooking mess now, its a real shame because of all the work Iaz done to it
