Mine are ready and waiting.

Also, if you phone up your Tax office, then they can give your 2nd/3rd/4th etc employers a better tax code, so you don't get taxed throughout the year. However, I like the BR tax code and getting taxed, because I wouldn't have otherwised saved up the £180 I've been taxed and will be getting back.

I should be on BR on my second job anyway, because I earn over my personal allowance at the first one.

I need to do this too...

I was working 'full time' and getting taxed accordingly for the year, up to when i left (in that tax year) I had earnt 5200 ish and paid £720 tax..

since the allowance is around £5150 i expect £700 ish back.

Mines gunna be spending money for my holiday with Kirsty. But I really hope that I'm not gunna be forced to spend £375 in 2 weeks

'07-'08 tax year, most peoples code was 522L. You can earn (as you're probably aware) £5220 tax free. If you earnt under that, you'll get all the tax back.

yup, I just pay some wifey to sort it all out. I just send her the paperwork when i get it. Think its £180 a year fee
