Hes done the Yorkie half marathon, Great North Run, hes done the London marathan, Swiss Alpine Devos triple marathon, ran the three peaks at the Lake District, rode the mountain stage of the Tour De France! Today hes doing a 120 mile road race on his bike!!!

my old mans cycling 450 miles starting today over the next 4-5 days; he did a 375 mile ride this time last year and raised £1500 for our local first responders. I couldn't ride to the end of the road
