I FUCKING HATE IT!

I've suffered with it every year since i was about 5. thought i was gonna get away with it this year as i've not had any signs of it til this morning. Now i can barely see and i've sneezed over 20 times.

i have a nasal spray thing at home but i cant stand using it. it smells like cut grass too. wtf is that all about?

Clarytin and Piriteeze are expensive hayfever tablets aswell.

Tescos own i've found to be the best. And they're cheap!

I suffer with it usually although last year it wasn't too bad and so far haven't had any major signs of it apart from some sneezing.

Yeah I get it really bad, have done since I was young like you.

Have only started getting it the last few days since its been nice weather (rain was keeping the pollen down before then) so have gone out and stocked up on Benadryl Plus, they are easily best tablets I have found over the years - says take 3 a day but I just take one when I feel it coming on, so that could be 1 a day or upto 3, really fast acting and clear up sore eyes and bunged up noses.

Also find sitting in a car with the aircon on and a pollen filter for 20mins tends to clear it up whilst waiting for the tablets to work

Going to be murder when the rains comes and brings all the pollen down thats been blown up since its been nice

Just watch you dont use the nasel spray too often, as it can burn the lining of your nose and make it much much worse than the hayfever

last year when that happened the pollen count was so high i had a propper wierd rash type thing. i went to the walk in centre and they said it was called urticaria or something. the rash was red and lumpy but it didn't itch. it came up on my right thigh and then disapeared after 30 mins and came up on my back. then it disapeared again and came back on my chest. i shit you not this happened for about 5 hours until i went to the walk in place.
