all day yesterday i didnt have 12345, i dont know why i turned the box off to reprogram it but still wouldnt work, but all is fine today

i find virgin sometimes have some sort of down time where something goes off for a few hours

Wish they'd warn us sometimes

My channels dont freeze..and rarely have a prob with internet..when I do I just go running to my old man and he gets it sorted
(he works for virgin)
