So the headgasket has gone, needs a power steering pipe, needs the slarm working on so the car will even lock.

Also needs the boot working on to get rid of the rust, and registering as an XE.

Doesn't sound very cheap to me tbh.

Seems cheap to me if you can do all the work yourself?

Get a white boot and pipe from a scrappy.

Headgasket few hours work,rip crappy alarm out.

Probably cost 1k altogether.
