Yup, pays for my courses. I'm not fully qualified but i am part qualified. I could easily go somewhere else and earn a lot more with the qualifications i do have. But i haven't cos i actually enjoy working there (most of the time) and cos of the people i work with, they are ace

Well, the fact is they pay for your courses so you should be grateful for that. If I was in your position I'd let them know you knew sweet fuck all about it but help them get it done after hours if its something thats urgent. Being pissy and walking out isnt professional.

He knows i knew nothing about it. I said i would do it Thursday and that I was going back to do the courses as i don't want to fail them and end up taking them again next year. TBH there are A LOT of problems within the office atm and a lot of people are thinking of leaving. But i haven't said stick your job and tbh i'm sure i'll still have one come thursday.

Ya its abit harsh to expect you to fail a course which is only ran once a year.

I know he has paid for it and all that but i just couldn't justify fucking up a year for some shitty work, which tbh, doesn't need to be done this week. He has just blown it out of proportion because of other events that have happened within the office.

Its working fine, used the AC and ECON modes yesterday and demisted the screen with it fine this morning...
The only thing I noticed was sitting in traffic - outside temp was ~20 degs.
The, it shot up to 29, flashy flashy flashy when iturned the ignition. Gone back down to realistic figures and no more flashy flashy
