Funny old world the tyre world. Im on about 2.5mm on the front so i thought i'd get some prices. The OE GTI alloys are wrapped in 185/55/15 at the moment but i also go prices on 195/50/15 (both v rated obviously)

some examples...

KU31 185/55/15 £27.94
KU31 195/50/15 £23.00

P6000 185/55/15 £49.84
P6000 195/50/15 £29.75

Think its time to swap to a more common profile

KU31s are by far the best in their price range. They are also better than some more expensive tyres.

Saying that i just ordered 2x 195/50v15 goodyear eagle f1 gsd3 tyres

£76.33
