yup was a big dent poped most of it out but the pannel was still rippled

if ur gonna do it, do it right eh kel lol

yeah im only gonna do it coz if i fuck up i can get a new panel and sprayd easily enuff
i will pick up some stuff from my local stationary shop and see if it will work. fecking hope so lol

if u look down at the passenger side light u can see the dent im going to try it with

no it needs something stronger to pull it out because its on a part thats not very flexabile. if it was on the middle of a pannel yes.

if u look right in the middle of the bonnet right at the front there is a dint, do u think this will come out?

same again thats the sort of thing that needs professional work and ive done it once haha . thats the sort of place thats reinforced or on a streight edge so im no expert but i doubt it

i have a couple on the bonnet of the mondeo, where some chavs used it as a step.
i have access to freezing spray in work, hmmmm
may have a stab at that today
