I'd assume you'd die of dehyrdation therefore it would be different for different people?

Seriously though i would think it would change from person to person.I know theres a set amount that your not supposed to go over a day but im not sure how much it would take to kill you, probably a fair amount.

People's risk for disease due to insufficient or excessive salt intake varies due to biochemical individuality. Some have asserted that while the risks of consuming too much salt are real, the risks have been exaggerated for most people, or that the studies done on the consumption of salt can be interpreted in many different ways.
(SACN) recommended that, for a typical adult, the Reference Nutrient Intake is 4 g salt per day (1.6 g or 70 mmol sodium).
* 0–6 months old: less than 1 g/day
* 7–12 months: 1 g/day
* 1–3 years: 2 g/day
* 4–6 years: 3 g/day
* 7–10 years: 5 g/day
* 11–14 years: 6 g/day
no quantitative mention of lethal dose

Well without water cant last long, so assuming you have loads of salt which would use up the last of your water.
Id guess you wouldnt be alive very long after consuming a bag or so.

Person i knew in school died from this  , he didn't realise he had a low tolerance of salt and had abit too much and passed out
