cunny funt!

Was that provisional liscence thing not applicable to Ni?

jebus christo relax, and no it wasn't applicable in NI.

Why didnt u say that in the 1st place instead of trying a be a smart ass

I wasn't trying to be a smart arse, when I said "Thats the Republic of Ireland" I thought you would of knew that it was applicable in the South rather than the North.

my opinion - this is totally unreasonable how are people supposed to get to and from work? i just cant get my head around how they can claim this will help cut down accidents yes it will get younger drivers off the road at night but imo i prefer driving at night especially on country roads as you can tell when cars are round corners etc.

""Precisely! And how are "younger" drivers suppose to get experience if they cant drive in the dark! By the time they are 20 and can drive in the dark, their back to square one anyway!""

3)limiting under 20's to 45mph
again claim it will cut down accidents
what happens when/if they are on national speed limit roads? that means there will be loads of people pissed off behind the poor driver potenitially making people behind pull dangerous manovers to take over.

""And that's just totally dangerous imo, and that would mean, in a 30MPH road they can do 40MPH! ""

If it did, I would want to pay half the road tax, half the insurance, as I wouldn't be able to use my car the same as a person who is older, and is paying the same amount of tax or insurance.

youd of thought that but obviously its safer for her to walk the street and potentially get raped/killed instead of being on the road.
