My opinion is that if I knew a prospective candidate was going to leave in a few months due to pregnancy, I probably wouldnt employ them. After all, lets face it, businesses are in business to make profit plain and simple, so surely it would be going against the nature of business to employ a 'loss'?
My belief is you chose either a career or children (or you have your career and have your kids later), anybody at all agree with me, or am I going to get banned ??

Willay - its not that I wouldnt hire women at all, they are very hard workers (can be) and they see things from a different angle to men so they are a good resource, but those that leave arent.....

Bad experience from hiring a woman in the past, also my mum's company is purely staffed by women so I have had lots of insight into what goes on.
They should be kept at home or left in a field to graze.

Tbh my comment was just a laugh but I see where willay's coming from, we had a girl start the same time as me, she stayed minimum term for maternity leave then guess what, pregnant
Now she's leaving the store and moving

i know they can be dynamic and hard working and approach shit different and be out of the box and have tits to stare at but they are still aload of hassle.
