Author Stopping pop ups/adverts- please help

Everytime we use the net we have numerous pop ups and new IE windows start with casino websites etc

Windows pop up blocker is blocking some but not all. Zone alarm is no good either.

Any advice please?>

Download spybot and adaware and run them. Maybe also get windows defender. All freeware.
