Picked up my new bike today. Spec Hardrock Pro Disc 08




Already upgraded the stem and handle bars for a holzfeller stem and a Truative bar.

Plan on going for a 10 mile ride tonight with or without Superlite to get the cables bedded in

Well Hardrocks have £50 off at the moment

So the Pro Disc like I got was £350 instead of £400

Comp Disc is £300 instead of £350

Yeah the reflectors and bell are comming right off All new bikes have to have them for health and safety

Was the local bike shop in town. They matched the price of £350 I had seen online and I get a years free servicing (up to 6 services) and did me a deal on a light set.

not the highest spec bike, but a good base.

Im hearing different things about the brakes bedding in. How long will it take as they really dont do too much atm

Basically, yes. And because they have copyrighted the 'Banshee' name, the proper Canadian 'Banshee' brand that builds superb bikes, has to rename their bikes Mythic in this country.

And don't get Zocchi's, they are the shit imho. Rock Shox are much better these days.

Good buy imo mind you i sell them all day long lol they are good budget bikes though the vulcan's, go on to bike rader . com and they have given the carrera bikes 10/10 if you go before the 21st of his month you'll get a free £50 voucher to use on accs for it to the apollo range id probably avoid if you plan on using it alot.
