Not dodgy at all, have you never seen this done before Pete?

The point is it costs you evrytime you place a bet, and (obviously it depends on whats for sale) but the lowest unique bid is around the £6-7 mark, with everything below that having at least 2 bids on it.

say lowest is £6, that makes 599 amounts below that - 2 bids on each, makes £1198 just in that range, forgetting anything above £6, and there will also be some below that are tripled or quadrupled.

Quite clever really, but very hard to win.

Edit - just read it all, and its £1.50 per bid, and the car only cost them £1000. They are on to a big winner!

Exactly Tom, they only need 667 bids to be placed in total and the car is paid for, anything else is a bonus!
