very true, my mam was forced to retire from work due to whiplash, she had just worked her hardest to get to the position she was in, and that was in 2003, she is still incapable to do some things cos of it.

Claim for whiplash, shooting pains at random down your neck aswell, guy in work has just done it and he got £1400...

It's a shame it's happened matey, at least you'll get a full payout. Same thing's just happened to me. I think the worst thing is the fact it's not your fault!! I'm glad you're okay though.
