I went on site to do a Delapedation report on an industrial unit called "Sultan Donner" they supply the whole of the southeast.
Went into this unit and there was a dead rat by the front door. Poped one of the ceilling tiles up and there was four dead rats just left to decompose in the ceilling cavity.
Went to some of the food prep areas rats droppings everywhere.
Then one of the drivers opens one of the fridge units. He doesnt even get it open more than 20cm's and he's slammed it shut and he's chucking up on the forecort!
Jesus put me off donner meat for life.
Also they had been chucking the fat down the drains and filling wheelie bins up with the crap. If you opend up the man hole cover it was just packed solid with fat. Our drainage company sent a remote control car down with a camera attatched to it, in the end they lost the car and the camera in all the fat
However I have a mate who's dad owns a proper Turkish Restaurant up in the East end its nothing like the filth you get in kebab shops.
Just think before you tuck in next time is all I say

If you smelt this unit let alone the fridge unit trust me mate i'm doing you a favour.
I love meat and chips too but since I am trying to stay trim i've knocked it on the head for stuff like real chicken kebabs etc.
Go to a real turkish restaurant and you'll never eat donner from a dive again trust me
