Other morning I went into my car, started up as normal, foot down on the clutch to go into 1st, and my foot gets wet! No idea what happened, never had it before, or since then
Any idea what could have caused it? Not 100% sure it was water, but it didnt smell like anything

Didnt think of it like that! But doubtful since it was my work shoes and there pretty water proof, went on my trousers aswell.
Was raining alot the night before, but its Scotland, so its rained like that before.

check under the bonnet at the scuttle panel to make sure its not full of water. if it is then there is 2 holes at either side that are blocked, probably by leaves
