The other driver still hasnt even sent their statement to their insurer yet (accident happened 8th of Dec) so my insurer are kicking off legal proceedings against them now.


Finally got my car back from teh bodyshop yesterday.

that happened to me once where someone hit me then just didn't reply to any insurance letters....after a while the other parties insurance had to accept liability because they hadn't heard from their client

happened to me back in july, guy just didnt bother replying.

dragged on and on and i only got my excess back in February

this happened to me as well.

my insurance just kept at his insurance and got the money.
