jambo get yourself booked in to see a chriopractor they can check everything is ok a losen up the muscles in your back
i go regulary for neck pain
Sound advice......and as it happens there are no NHS chiropractors to my knowledge
yes your are correct, you will have to go private like i do lol
it costs me £30 a session, and i have prob spent £700+ the last year and half, and have come from hardly being able to do anything to feeling MINT
Yep.
NHS has Physios but they dont accept Chiropractors as being 'valid' as their methods aren't acceptable in medical terms.
I also pay my chiropracter £30 a 20 mins session, his best advice was:-
'FFS Jules, you come here and pay £30 a session and moan about it, but you happily pay £40 for a round of golf which makes Your back worse?!?....golf is the absolute worst thing you can do to your lower back'
I've stopped playing golf now

doctors will just hand out pain pills and pills to relax your muscles not much else they can do, they may even refer you to a pain clinic to help you deal with pain - very helpful i think not
This is all I get, they dont know the problem and just give me painkillers but the problem recurs.
