think i need new Brake pads or discs?!

Dosn't rumble as such... i just noticed today when was stuck in traffic and could really hear them grinding as i braked and its bit slow at stopping...

The brakes were new in Sept when previous owner had car serviced etc but Discs werent... wasnt a problem with them then, but they definitely werent on there last legs.

well he was driivng it today! and i ddi say i need new brakes..he just said 'buy some then!'

lol... do you just buy them from halfords or somthing|?!
