Have an argos and a burton/topman store card. just wondering if theres anyway to check my balance/make a payment etc on their websites? Had a look around and can't see anything so maybe its not possible?

Don't know about Argos but you can't with Topman and Burton. They're Arcadia group, and store cards are through GE Money. You can ring up and make a payment over the phone with credits to the account overnight.

You know the interest rate is almost 30% on these?? I'd get rid of them if possible tbh, really not worth having. And cancel any insurance on them too.
