coke --> water is a big plus mate...
I think I prob have max 1 can of fizzy drink a month..
used to drink it alot, but drink water now and feel better for it.. cheaper too

Think the only drink with a fizz i drink is red bull with a vodka or a larger, but i go out about once a month! Do you go out alot steve?

I drink a lot of fizzy juice but its probably more of teeth wrecker than making you fat, its all the snacking, ridiculous amounts of crap in snacks. Ohand di you know there is 50g of fat in a big tasty !!!

Dont NEED to join the gym but will help you as theres all the equipment plus the extra motivation.
Expense wise for healthy food, just think how much a takeaway costs and really its rather cheap
If you like fizzy pop then try fizzy water. had some from tesco yesterday, was about 50p for a 1.5 litre bottle. Was orange flavour and tasted almost as nice as fanta just less sugary
