If I taxed my car as a 1.2, then declared the engine as a 2.0, will I have to pay excess?

Id bet 90% of XE's are still registered as a 1.2/1.4 etc. See it on ebay, on here all the time!!

Due to the fact that people who can afford to run them legally as 2.0 genearlly think they are silly and get something made with power like a astra gsi!
